Oksana Moscoso

Originally from San Luis Obispo, California, Oksana is a senior at Harvard College concentrating in Economics. Oksana has staffed HMC conferences in Boston, Hong Kong, São Paulo, San Francisco, Rome and Madrid. This is Oksana’s third year on the board of HMCA, and she is thrilled to serve as President. She is thrilled to continue to bring the educational experience of HMCA to delegates across the globe. Apart from Harvard Model Congress, Oksana is a member of the Harvard Ballet Company and Expressions Dance Company, dancing nearly 10 hours a week. In addition, she is an active tour guide on campus and enjoys hiking, baking, and eating avocados.

Anne Mentzinger

Vice President
Anne Mentzinger is a senior in Dunster House concentrating in Molecular and Cellular Biology. Originally from Philadelphia, Anne is excited to serve on the executive board of HMCA for the second year. Anne has also staffed conferences in Boston, Hong Kong, Rome, and Sao Paulo. Outside of Model Congress, Anne volunteers at the Harvard Square Homeless Shelter and works at an After School Program. During her free time, Anne loves traveling, finding any excuse to eat out, and watching reruns of Friends. Anne is really looking forward to a great HMCA 2017!

Becca Ramos

Director of Domestic Programs
Becca Ramos is a senior living in Cabot House and studying Government, Psychology, and Spanish. Originally from Seattle, WA, Becca loves spending time in the outdoors and playing Ultimate Frisbee, lacrosse, and swimming on the club teams at Harvard. Becca has traveled to Hong Kong, Dubai, San Francisco, and São Paulo with Harvard Model Congress, and she is so excited to work with the students at HMCA 2017. When she’s not attending HMC conferences, she enjoys planning events for her House Committee, teaching kids to dance with CityStep, and serving as the president of her sorority, Delta Gamma.

Nida Ansari

Director of International Programs
Nida Ansari is a junior from Greenville, SC, concentrating in Economics. She has staffed HMC conferences in Asia, Europe, Boston, San Francisco, and Latin America. Outside of HMC, she’s involved with organizing events at the JFK Jr. Forum at the Harvard Institute of Politics, as well as staffing Model UN conferences. In her free time, she likes to watch reruns of Modern Family and eat absurd amounts of Chipotle. Nida is beyond excited for HMCA 2017!

Max Liebeskind

Business Manager
Max is a senior at Harvard studying economics. He is interested in the public policy applications of economics, and at Harvard served as co-captain of the Fed Challenge Team, which researches monetary policy and the Federal Reserve. Max is originally from New York City, and was a debater for four years in high school. He has enjoyed sharing his love for debate and economic policy with the delegates of the National Economic Council, which he has led the last two years at HMCA.

Andrew O'Donohue

Director of Scholarships and Outreach
Andrew O’Donohue, originally from New York City, is a junior at Harvard Collegeconcentrating in Social Studies. His favorite things include attempting to dance, reading New Yorker comics, and going to Broadway shows with his three sisters. With Harvard Model Congress, Andrew has staffed conferences in Seoul, San Francisco, Boston, and São Paulo and is beyond excited for HMCA 2017! Besides his involvement in HMC, he represented Harvard at the World Universities Debating Championship, tutors a Harvard employee for the citizenship test, and has worked in Mexico, Argentina, and Turkey.

Melvin Woo

Faculty Liaison
Melvin Woo is a sophomore at Harvard pursuing a concentration in government. He was born in Seoul, South Korea, and has lived in California since the age of 8. Melvin has been a delegate for HMCSF throughout high school, and has staffed in Boston, San Francisco, Seoul, and Sao Paulo. He enjoys singing, playing guitar, and playing the piano. His favorite TV show is Suits, with The Office coming in at a close second. He is extremely excited to meet all the delegates for HMC Asia 2017!

Alena Farber

Director of Operations and Technology
Alena Farber is a senior in Leverett House concentrating in Computer Science. Originally from Odessa, Ukraine, she now lives in Florida. Alena has served as a staffer at conferences in Hong Kong, San Francisco, and Boston. This is her second year as Director of Ops and Tech at HMC Asia. At Harvard, Alena has also served as captain of the Harvard Mock Trial Association. During her rare free time, she can be found drinking tea, watching British TV, and photoshopping elaborate practical jokes.

Jeewon Lee

Chief of Staff
Jeewon is a junior studying Government and East Asian Studies. She was born in Seoul, South Korea, and raised in Manila, Philippines. With HMC, she has staffed conferences in Seoul and Boston. Jeewon has five years of Model UN experience. Outside of HMC, she competes on the Harvard Mock Trial Team and has served on the board of the Harvard Korean Association. Jeewon enjoys languages, traveling, and cannot live without music. She is also a huge foodie.
