Conference FAQ

1. How do we register for the conference?

Please fill out the preliminary registration form under the Registration tab of the website, or email us with your school, faculty advisor, and student information. We will then contact you to complete the registration process.

 

2. How do we make payments?

HMCA accepts payment by either check or wire transfer. We will contact you with details on how to submit your payment once we receive your registration information.

 

3. I am a student, but my school does not attend the HMCA conference, can I still participate?

Most students attend the HMCA conference as part of a school group, but individual students can also attend the conference. Those who have in the past have had great experiences. PleaseĀ email us to register as an individual participant.
