Chaperones are responsible for independent delegates during the conference. Chaperones can be parents, guardians, and/or teachers of the independent delegates.

To make it easier to match the registration to the payment, please use the same student and chaperone emails at all points of the registration process.

Simply, filling out this form does NOT guarantee your spot. You MUST fill out the registration form AND pay the fees to finalize your spot in the conference.
Once you submit the registration form, you will automatically be taken to the payment portal.

Important: After you press the submit button, you will be brought to a page that has a link to the payment portal. Please proceed to the payment portal to pay the independent delegate fee. Registration is not complete until the independent delegate fee has been paid.
