Registration for HMCA 2025 will open in the coming months.

Please contact us if you have any questions about this process.

  • To be eligible to participate in HMCA conferences, students must be enrolled in a secondary school (ex: high school) and be between the ages of 14 and 19 years-old.

If you would like to register for the conference please fill out ONE of the registration forms below. We have created two different forms this year to separate individual delegate and school registration. If you are not sure which registration form applies to you, please read the descriptions below. If you have any questions, please contact the Faculty Liaison at faculty@hmcasia.org.

  • For more information about the specific fees, please read the associated descriptions of the fees below under the independent delegate vs school section.

The deadline to pay the fees is Friday, November 10, 2023. After this date, you can still register for the conference but you will have to pay the late fees. The last deadline to pay the late fees is Friday, December 8, 2023.

HMCA strongly believes that financial backgrounds should NOT prevent engaged and interested students from practicing public speaking, learning about government, and making new friends. Thus, HMCA is proud to offer both full scholarships as well as partial scholarships, depending on the needs of the recipient. For more information about scholarships, please visit the scholarship website at https://hmcasia.org/scholarships

  • After registration and payment are confirmed, you will receive your committee and role assignments. Additionally, you will gain access to pre-conference training materials to begin preparing for the conference.

Should I register as…

AN Independent Delegate

Students should register as an independent delegate if they are one of the only students attending the conference from their school.

Independent Delegate Registration

The independent delegate fee covers the entire conference experience, access to pre-conference training materials, and two lunches during the conference.

The deadline to pay the independent delegate fee is TBA for HMCA 2025. If you do not meet this deadline, you must pay the late independent delegate fee by TBA for HMCA 2025.

Once students have successfully registered and paid their independent delegate fee, students will be assigned their conference committees and roles. Additionally, students will gain access to the pre-conference training materials.

INDEPENDENT DELEGATE FEE: $375

LATE INDEPENDENT DELEGATE FEE: $400

a school

Schools should register for the conference when multiple students (four or more) come from the same school.

School Registration

Each school is responsible for a single “school fee” fee that is paid immediately upon registration which secures your school’s spot in the conference. This fee includes the participation of up to two faculty advisers per school.

In addition to the school fee, schools must pay a school delegate fee for every student that attends the conference. The school delegate fee covers the entire conference experience, access to pre-conference training materials, and two lunches during the conference.

Schools must pay the school fee upon registration to confirm a spot in the conference, but can wait to pay the school delegate fees at a later date up until TBA for HMCA 2025. The late deadline for school delegate fees is TBA for HMCA 2025. Roles will not be assigned until the school fee and delegate fee are both paid.

SCHOOL FEE: $200 per school

School DELEGATE FEE: $335 per student

LATE School DELEGATE FEE: $360 per student
