Registration for HMCA 2027 will open on June 1, 2026. Please contact faculty@hmcasia.org with any questions.

  • To be eligible to participate in HMCA conferences, students must be enrolled in a secondary school (ex: high school) and be between the ages of 14 and 19 years-old.

If you would like to register for the conference please fill out ONE of the registration forms below. We have two different forms for individual delegate and school registration. If you are not sure which registration form applies to you, please read the descriptions below. If you have any questions, please contact faculty@hmcasia.org.

  • For more information about the specific fees, please read the associated descriptions below.

The deadline to pay the fees is October 15, 2026. After this date, you can still register for the conference but you will have to pay the late fees. The last deadline to pay the late fees is November 15, 2026.

HMCA strongly believes that financial background should NOT prevent engaged and interested students from practicing public speaking and learning about government. Thus, HMCA is proud to offer both full and partial scholarships. For more information about scholarships, please visit www.hmcasia.org/scholarship-information.

  • After registration and payment are confirmed, you will receive your committee and role assignments. Additionally, you will gain access to pre-conference training materials to begin preparing for the conference.

School Registration

Each school is responsible for a single “school fee” that is paid immediately upon registration which secures your school’s spot in the conference. This fee includes the participation of up to two faculty advisers per school.

In addition to the school fee, schools must pay a school delegate fee for every student that attends the conference. The school delegate fee covers the entire conference experience, access to pre-conference training materials, and two lunches during the conference.

Schools must pay the school fee upon registration to confirm a spot in the conference, but can wait to pay the school delegate fees at a later date up until October 15, 2026. The late deadline for school delegate fees is November 15, 2026. Roles will not be assigned until the school fee and delegate fee are both paid.

School DELEGATE FEE: $350

LATE School DELEGATE FEE: $375
